How to start transacting with GlowSend

Create Glowsend account

Save the number +27673756802 as Glowsend or simply send a "Hi" message or use this link.

You will be asked to register your account. Have your SA ID or passport with you, as each Merchant has to be verified for security reasons.

During the account registration process, you will receive prompts to set up your profile. You can provide Logo and name of your business as well.
Issuing your first invoice

On the “Main Menu” choose the option “Request Payment” and manually enter your customer’s details.
Describe what you are selling

When asked what the invoice is for, give a brief description of the services/products you will supply, eg: 1KG of Coffee; or Printing services; or 5x wooden toys.
Enter the total amount

You will be asked to insert the amount. Please insert the total amount agreed on for eg: 5000 (no letters or symbols). The amount on the invoices will be indicated in Rands.
Keep in mind one invoice is limited to R10,000.00)
Provide cellphone number

Next, you will be prompted to enter the cell number of the customer you are invoicing. This is important step to make sure your bill is delivered to the right person.

Your invoice will be generated and you can preview it after this step.
Forward the bill or ask Glowsend to send it

Lastly, you will be required to forward the invoice to your customer. You can use WhatsApp for that.

2nd option is to ask Glowsend to send it.

If you choose 2nd option, please keep in mind, that for first-time interactions, due to WhatsApp policies, your customer will receive an SMS with a link to follow to review and pay his bill.
